Private sessions are best designed for those who are new to Pilates, prefer a specific day & time, and would like to learn at their own pace. These sessions are also very popular for those who like to work on a variety of apparatuses and learn more advanced exercises. Free consultations are held at your first session.
For those that like to have company when they workout, a semi-private session gives you all the benefits of a Private session plus the advantage of having a partner. These sessions are popular with couples, friends, and mother & daughters.
The studios provides over 40 classes on the schedule per week. It’s as easy as choosing the best day and time that fits your schedule with the choice between Level 1 (recommended for beginners), Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advance with instructor approval). Any of these classes may be taught utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Jumpboard. New clients may take their first class free.
