POSTURAL ALIGNMENT

Postural therapy takes a holistic view of the body to seek and treat the underlying source of pain. The ‘position’ of the body contributes to the ‘condition’ it is feeling and helps with identifying the location of deviation/s.

Lack of using different body parts in the body can result in a loss of balance and efficient movement. By increasing your coordination, you will experience more control in your movement patterns.
